Prezentix Kiosk Agent

The Kiosk Agent turns a Windows PC into a real, locked-down reception kiosk: no taskbar, no desktop, and your screen's sign-in page starts on its own and restarts itself if it ever closes.
The easiest way to get it is through the admin portal: Devices → your screen → Pair screen → Set up a device → Windows — full lockdown. That gives you a file with your kiosk start URL already filled in. Below is the direct download for anyone who wants to set it up on their own.
What this does
- Sets up a dedicated Windows account (VizieregKiosk) with no Explorer, desktop or taskbar — there is nothing for Alt+Tab to switch to.
- Starts your kiosk URL automatically, full-screen, and restarts the page itself if the browser ever closes or crashes.
- Grants camera, microphone and sound in advance for your own kiosk address only — nowhere else.
- Hosts the local label printer bridge (ZPL over the network, no Windows driver needed).
- Creates one escape account (Kiosk_admin) with a password you choose during setup — that password never leaves this device, Prezentix never learns it and stores it nowhere.
Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11, any edition including Home.
- Chrome or Edge already installed.
- Administrator rights on this PC — creating the two Windows accounts above needs that.
- Your kiosk start URL from the admin portal (Devices → your screen → Pair screen).

Download the Prezentix Kiosk Agent (.exe)
Run the file as administrator (right-click → "Run as administrator", or accept the permission prompt that appears). A small local setup screen opens where you paste the kiosk URL, optionally pick a label printer, and choose a password for the Kiosk_admin account.
The "unknown publisher" warning
This file is not yet digitally signed (code signing). Windows SmartScreen may therefore show "Windows protected your PC" — click More info, then Run anyway. That is a consequence of the missing signature, not a sign that the file is unsafe. Only ever download this file from this page (prezentix.com, over HTTPS) or directly through the admin portal — never from a copy offered anywhere else.
